Our story

From a mission to prevent incidents

Our parent company, Mitti, was founded by Luke Anear after he saw the tragic impact of poor safety practices during his time as a private investigator. He knew that safety starts with clear, effective systems, and that documentation is the foundation.

Today, SafetyDocs by Mitti delivers industry-ready Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ISO-aligned management system manuals. Our team brings practical insight and deep regulatory expertise to documents that keep people safe, projects compliant and businesses moving.
