The PPE Register logs the issue of personal protective equipment, such as gloves, safety glasses and hi-vis safety vests, to each worker. It can be used as an individual form for each worker or as a master copy with all employees listed on it.
For each item it records the worker's name, the item issued, the date it was issued and when it is due for replacement, with the worker's and manager's signatures to confirm receipt and instruction in its correct use.
It suits any business that provides PPE to its workers, particularly in construction, manufacturing and healthcare. It is part of the Health and Safety Manual, whose documents refer to each other.
