Worker Training and Induction Register

The Worker Training and Induction Register keeps a record of all training and competencies completed by workers, and whether workers have been correctly inducted.

Use it as an up-to-date and reliable source of information for your team to manage team and solo training and refresher courses.

For each worker it records the workplace induction, the purpose of training, whether they are licensed or trained in all tasks to be performed, the licence, certificate or competency level achieved and its expiry date, how the training was delivered, the refresher training date, and the worker's and manager's sign-off.

It is part of the Health and Safety Manual, whose documents refer to each other.
