It covers the outcomes of the previous inspection, emergency management, first aid and medical, building safety, work benches, storage, mobile plant and vehicles, machinery, hazardous manual tasks, PPE, electrical and chemical safety, ladders, office hazards and work stations, the work environment, the kitchen, housekeeping, and incidents, injuries and return to work.
Each area is a list of questions to tick off as satisfactory, with any comments added under the item. It is part of the Health and Safety Manual, whose documents refer to each other.
