Health and Safety at Work Act 2015
New Zealand's principal workplace health and safety law, administered by WorkSafe New Zealand. It places the primary duty of care on persons conducting a business or undertaking (PCBUs), with duties for officers, workers and others at the workplace, and sets requirements for worker engagement and participation, notifiable events and enforcement.
