Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic)

Victoria's principal workplace health and safety law, made by the Parliament of Victoria and administered by WorkSafe Victoria. It sets duties for employers, self-employed people, employees, people who manage or control workplaces, and designers, manufacturers and suppliers of plant and substances.
