The Whistleblower Policy is designed to enhance transparency and integrity within your organisation. It gives a structured approach to reporting and investigating misconduct, so workers can disclose concerns safely and without fear of reprisal.

It sets out the policy itself, with its scope, how to report and the protections for disclosers, together with a risk assessment, a communication plan for internal and external stakeholders, and procedures for making anonymous reports and for investigating them fairly and thoroughly.

Appendices give you a whistleblower report form, a pre-filled risk assessment table of common risks and their controls, and a case management record to track each investigation. A review procedure, terminology and document control registers keep the policy up to date.
