The Audiometric Testing Record helps manage the risk of noise-induced hearing loss among workers. It assists organisations in maintaining accurate records of worker hearing tests, aiding compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

For each worker it records the date of employment, the date of the first test (within three months of employment) and of the last test, whether the results were OK, any further action required, the date of the next test and management sign-off when complete.

Suitable for manufacturing, construction, mining and any workplace with high noise exposure. It is part of the Health and Safety Manual, whose documents refer to each other.
