A Worker Training Record is filled in for each course or training a worker undertakes. It records the worker's name and position, who approved the training and their signature, the course or training name, the date it started and its completion, a description of the training and its expected outcomes, the training type (individual, group, outsourced or in-house) and notes.
It is part of the Health and Safety Manual, whose documents refer to each other.
